I was a student at Portsmouth over 10 years ago and have recently started another degree, I was searching for some research I remembered had been conducted by James when I came across this page. I'm so very sorry to hear about his death. He was a fantastic lecture, full of energy and enthusiasm. I remember him telling us just before the degree finished that the best thing we'll ever gain from our psychology degree is to question everything! Something that has stuck with me all these years. RIP James.
